A small tail of MCP improvements on top of stable 0.27.0 - the headline is that MCP tools can now deliver real file artifacts to you, not just text markers.

Features

• MCP tool results carry real artifacts. Binary image, audio, and embedded-resource blocks from MCP tools are scanned with the existing content scanner, stored in the session artifact directory, and delivered to the primary channel through the normal file-output path. Rejected or unsupported artifacts stay visible as notes, and text-only results keep working unchanged (#2232).
• Multi-content MCP tool results render readably. When the MCP SDK returns a successful result as in-memory content objects, text blocks are joined and image attachments project as MIME markers instead of surfacing the literal type name (#2180, fixes #2051).
